Cozy apartment right in the center of Albir with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped with air conditioning. Located on the 1st floor of a small-scale apartment building. elevator present. Very well located, you can walk everywhere, you come out of the gate and you can choose from a variety of restaurants, opposite is the Consum supermarket, the market is less than a minute's walk and the bus stop for the bus to Benidorm is also practical for the door. For a refreshing dip you can use the communal swimming pool or walk to the beach within 5 minutes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 75 euros
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
