The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by stairs and elevator. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, recently renovated, so also great to enjoy your holiday with friends or just with your family.  

Fully furnished, full kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and of course the entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning, hot / cold. Sufficient linen and towels are also provided so you don't have to bring anything. There are also 2 children's beds.

Shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance, you can walk directly onto the pleasant boulevard, so also easy to do without a car. If you do have a car, we also have a private parking space in the garage, which is included. If you want to stay at home for an evening, we also have all Dutch and Flemish TV channels and all sports channels. Of course there is also a good WiFi connection. In the lovely communal garden is a large swimming pool with separate children's area. 

Variable changeover days with a minimum of 5 days are possible in consultation.
