This nice apartment with a large terrace with an unobstructed view and outdoor kitchen can be found in a vibrant location in Albir. The pleasant boulevard and the beach are an 8-minute walk away. In the area surrounding the apartment you will find numerous (good) restaurants, terraces and supermarkets.
The luxurious and comfortable duplex apartment has a bright living room with large corner (sofa) sofa for lounging, a round dining table with comfortable chairs and a luxurious large open corner kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, combination oven/microwave and large refrigerator with freezer. There are two bedrooms with a box spring with adjacent bathrooms. The closed complex with courtyard garden has a large communal swimming pool where the sun shines during the day.
The apartment is partly located above restaurant Fabels. However, in our experience and that of our guests who have been there, this does not cause any inconvenience in the house, partly because no music is played. The restaurant also has a roof.

Albir is a pleasant coastal town with a nice beach and boulevard for strolling, a 40-minute drive from Alicante airport and about 1.25 hours from Valencia airport. There are several (good) restaurants, shops and large(er) supermarkets in the vicinity of the apartment. You can reach Benidorm in no time by taxi or bus. Would you rather visit an authentic town? Around Albir there are nice and cozy (swimming) places such as Altea, Javea and Calpe.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not rented to young people under the age of 24 unless accompanied. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
