Bright and spacious apartment with one bedroom with air conditioning, living room with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and bidet, open kitchen and cozy private outdoor/terrace area. The apartment is in a quiet but inhabited urbanization, very close to hiking trails, but it is also only a 10-15 minute (800m) walk downhill to Avenida de l'Albir (Albir's main street) and a further 400m to the beach.

Fiber optic internet gives you super fast, unlimited WiFi while the Smart TV allows you to watch Netflix, Prime etc. (use your own account) - or watch Spanish TV via the satellite.

We are animal lovers and so we allow pets - they must be included in your booking and they are not allowed on the bed or other furniture.

Explanation of prices

Cleaning fee €65 including bed linen, towels, shower towels and beach towels. Pets are welcome, there is no extra charge, but please do not allow them on the furniture.

There is a discount for longer stays. 10% discount for 2 weeks, 15% for 3 weeks and 20% for 4 weeks or more.

Cancellations up to 10 days in advance: full refund
Cancellations up to 5 days in advance: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 5 days in advance: no refund.
