Living and working for 9 years in Alhaurin el Grande (25 km from Tolox) practitioner. I enjoy the best climate in Europe and living in the mountains, just 20 km from the beach and have not regretted yet. My house in Tolox is my place to really get away from the busy life to commute to relax, meditate and enjoy the beautiful nature. Tolox from beach and within easy reach (40 km) out and see the photos and complete description of the holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For no more than 2 persons 10 % discount

2 weeks or more 8 % discount *(NOT cumulative for 2 people from more than 2 weeks)

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

We (couple + 1 year old girl) stayed in Ingmar’s house, San Roque, end of April 2015. It was the best time to visit the region of Tolox: not too hot yet and everything, including the beautiful garden around the house, was lush green and flowers everywhere, not only in the garden but also in the entire region of Tolox.
We loved the quiet (no neighbours!!!) and all the facilities of the house. We never were without energy despite the fact we had did not have a 100% blue sky for all the days. It was a good experience to consider our energy consumption for a change : -)
The house has everything if you are looking for quiet, piece and privacy. We loved it. There are a couple of nice restaurants with simple but good local food at c. 10 min drive.
