The villa is located in a beautiful location with beautiful views and of course the impressive mountain "La Maroma". The villa is fully equipped and has nice places to relax, including a fantastic swimming pool of 40m2!!.

Spacious living room with wood stove, 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, the other ensuite with walk-in shower. The swimming pool is over 40m2 and it is wonderful to relax around the pool. Living room and master bedroom have air conditioning.

The combination of the swaying palm trees in front of the breathtaking mountains has an enchanting effect. The swimming pool is surrounded by several terraces, both covered and uncovered, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors in sunny Spain.

The villa is approximately an hour from Malaga airport. After half an hour of highway, you go into the mountains, with a neat road towards Archez. The last 2 km you go to the villa on an easily accessible unpaved road, easily accessible with a normal car. The host can drive out for you if desired.

There are a few more villas in the area, so it is not lonely, but it is private and an oasis of peace.

Due to its location, day trips to, for example, Málaga, Granada and the Sierra Nevada are very possible.
The charming white village of Archez and Canillas de Albaida (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and good restaurants) are approximately 5 km away.
Cómpeta is 20 minutes away.
30 minutes from the coast (with larger supermarkets) and the white village of Canillas de Aceituno.

La Maroma is the highest mountain of the "Parque Natural de Sierras de Tejeda". The nature reserve offers a wide range of hiking options, but there are also numerous routes directly from the house among the fruit trees, almond trees and olive trees. The authentic villages of Archez and Corumbela are about a 4 km walk away. Cycling tourists can also indulge themselves here.
