Sun-drenched 4-person holiday home with stunning views of the sea and mountains!

Casa Soleada offers peace, space and privacy in a beautiful spot in the mountains near the white village of Sayalonga. It has a great view over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The view is enchantingly beautiful at any time of the day, the sunrise, sunset and the lights in the evening in the lively coastal towns, and the clear starry sky. Here you can fully enjoy peace and nature, within driving distance of all kinds of charming places!

Inside

The house is on one level and has a modern living room with open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, and fridge/freezer combination. There are a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 room has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi, heaters and air conditioning are available.

Outside

At the front of the house there is a spacious, covered veranda with a 6-person dining table, various seating areas and an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. The swimming pool at the back of the house is 7 x 3.5 in size and 1.15 to 1.35 deep, and has steps on the side. It has a sun terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

Direct environment

The cozy white village of Sayalonga can be reached within 10 minutes via an easily accessible paved mountain road. Here you will find a number of restaurants and a few small shops. Other places for groceries and shopping can be reached within a 20-minute drive (Algarrobo, Torre del Mar, Competa). In the immediate vicinity there are many picturesque, cozy white villages and lively seaside resorts (Nerja, Torre del Mar, Competa, Frigiliana 20-40 minutes). There are numerous activities to undertake, such as walking, mountain biking, kayaking, diving, horse riding, golf, visiting bodegas, restaurants and terraces, city trips, etc. and of course the sea and beach (20 minutes).

TIP: Electric mountain bikes can be rented through the contact person at a very competitive rate!

Malaga airport is a 50-minute drive away.

Rental information

You will be welcomed by our host (who will contact you in advance) who will guide you to the house and explain about the house. The host will be there for you throughout the entire stay, these service costs include the rental price. We rent the house for a minimum of 5 nights.
