The holiday home is approximately 45 minutes from Malaga airport and only a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach. This makes it ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and privacy of the villa, but also appreciate the proximity to the beach and the promenade.
Reaching the villa can be challenging, especially for less experienced drivers, due to a winding and very steep mountain road in the last few hundred meters. A car with a powerful engine is a must.
With an area of approximately 190 m², the villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The terrace features a private swimming pool (dimensions: 800 x 400 x (135 -170) cm) with Roman steps, lighting and plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the scenery. Plenty of sun loungers are available and there is also an outdoor shower. For relaxation, facilities such as a table football game and a dart board are available.
On the veranda, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture , you can relax with a snack and a drink, enjoying the serene surroundings and the beautiful view. The gas barbecue is also located here.
Access to the villa is provided via a remote controlled entrance gate. There is enough space in the private parking lot for several vehicles.
The spacious living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa, three comfortable armchairs, a fireplace and a large smart TV as well as a Blu-ray DVD player.
The adjoining semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 4-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, all necessary cooking utensils and sufficient storage space in the cupboards.
The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. An arch connects the kitchen to the dining room, creating a smooth transition between the spaces.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and offers sufficient storage space in the cupboards. From this room there is a beautiful view of the mountains and direct access to the swimming pool. Air conditioning provides extra comfort.
Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed. This room also offers nice mountain views and direct access to the swimming pool. There is air conditioning for cooling.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and there is also plenty of storage space available. As in the other rooms, air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature here. Bathroom 1 is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
Bathroom 2 offers a bath/shower as well as a toilet and sink. There are several terraces on the site, complete with lounge chairs and sunbeds for relaxing. These terraces offer breathtaking views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains.
Bed linen, linen and (beach) towels are included in the accommodation.
