The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. For the 2 other bedrooms there is a separate bathroom with shower and also a separate guest toilet.

You can use the padel court for free and take a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool (open 365 days a year from 10 am to 10 pm). For the little ones there is a separate and demarcated children's pool.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beautiful 18-hole Aguilon Golf course.

Aguilon Golf is a beautiful golf course located in the village of Pilar de Jaravia in southeastern Spain, near the small coastal town of San Juan de los Terreros and 9 km from the town of Pulpi.

It is a great golf course 10 minutes from the sea and is surrounded by Mount Aguilón. With an excellent temperature, golfers can enjoy a year-round challenge on this 18-hole golf course. Views of the rugged mountains dominate the landscape. The course is designed around wide, ecologically protected "barrancos" (ravines). Every hole is different and is a great test of patience and skill. Subtle, yet rolling greens are a challenge, and there are plenty of bunkers and lakes to avoid too. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 30th and the 15th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 15th and the 3rd day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
