The recently renovated Casa 99 is located in an old olive grove and offers a beautiful view over the colorful valley of Ronda la vieja. Privacy is paramount, because you have everything to yourself; from the 12 meter long swimming pool with surrounding terrace, to the cooling shade under the immense fig tree. Casa 99 is an old style renovated house half way up the beautiful valley of Ronda la vieja. It is located on the former infamous "Ruta de los Bandoleros" and is fully equipped. The house is pleasantly cool and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the terrace there is also a pool house with toilet, shower and utility room.
The house itself has, on the ground floor, a cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area and television. From the living room you can go through French doors to the terrace that can be completely closed off, so that small children can play outside safely. There is also a large kitchen annex dining room with patio doors to the pool terrace. In this kitchen diner you can use the five-burner stove, oven and microwave to prepare the most delicious meals, which you can enjoy on the terrace or at the large six-person table. The dishes go well in the dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a modern bathroom.
On the first floor you will find a passage room equipped with a sofa bed (very suitable for children), a large bedroom with private bathroom and a roof terrace with a view over the pool and the entire valley. All our beds are quality beds, so that you are assured of a good night's sleep.
