Large villa with sea view and pool

Villa Rincón is a very comfortable accommodation, less than 15 minutes drive from Malaga and located in the hills of the nearby Rincón de la Victoria.A house to love immediately, with a sea view hidden behind citrus and avocado trees.Vol Expect to drive through the picturesque hills via a winding road to a beautiful sheltered paradise. Here you can celebrate your holiday in complete freedom. Splash in the swimming pool or sunbathe on a lounger on one of the sun terraces. You start the day with an extensive breakfast under the spacious patio and you can start your holiday in peace. The house is spacious enough to accommodate 12 guests. But if you want to come in a smaller group, you are of course also very welcome!

Swimming pool
Around the private pool are sunbeds ready to fully enjoy the tranquility and the Spanish sun. With a sea view, completely private, you can easily spend your days here. The green, well-maintained garden with palm trees ensures that our 'young' guests can enjoy themselves. In the evening you can grill your fish or burger together. The large dining table under the patio offers plenty of space for dining and chatting.

Entrance
You can enter our casa through both the front and back doors. The illuminated atmospheric hall offers the possibility to hang your coats - because you probably no longer need them - and connects all adjacent areas.

Salon / living room
The casa has an enclosed living room where you can relax on one of the 'lazy' couches or retreat to read a book. Of course there is wifi available everywhere.

kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all appliances, crockery and kitchen dishes you need to cook at home. In addition, there is a large long dining table. If you want to dine indoors for an evening, this offers all the space and cosiness to take a seat in this room.

Bedrooms
In the casa there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, all with two single beds. The bedrooms have stylish wooden bedboards and atmospheric lighting. All bedrooms have wardrobes to store/hang your holiday outfit. On the first floor you will find the other 3 bedrooms. All three are also equipped with two single beds. There is an extensive bathroom and toilet on the ground floor as well as the first floor. On the ground floor with a spacious walk-in shower and on the first floor with shower/bath.
