Welcome to apartment Los Olivos!

This guest apartment for 1 to 8 people is located in the Villa Los Olivos with COMMUNAL HEATED SWIMMING POOL. The guest apartment is located on the first floor directly at the pool. (two small stairs from the street to the top) Nice when you come by.

The beach is 300 meters walking distance. The supermarket 2 minutes walk. Towels, bed linen, beach towels, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and the washing machine can be used free of charge.
We use a deposit of 500 euros (unfortunately because we once had a bad experience with glass in the pool which cost us a lot of money).

My name is Brenda, I live with my husband Robin, our two sons Jerre and Stijn (11 years old) and our dog Mimi. Since January 2022 we have been living here in Spain in Rincon de la Victoria with great pleasure. The ground floor was converted into a complete guesthouse apartment in 2022 with all modern amenities. We live on the top floor.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
