Welcome to the cozy Casita FLAMENCO, a charming finca of over 40 m² with its own private balcony overlooking the Guadalhorce and Malaga. This Spanish finca is fully furnished in a bohemian style with a touch of Oriental influence, making the interior warm, inviting and colourful. Enjoy stunning views and the soothing sounds of nature from the balcony, while having the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the beauty of southern Spain, The Casita features a full kitchen, a living area with sitting and dining area, a separate bedroom with a spacious double bed for a good night's sleep, and a comfortable tropical-style bathroom.

The casita is part of our Bed & Breakfast Finca Flamenco. However, the casita is not connected to the large finca and therefore a self-contained rental unit with its own entrance, private terrace, its own kitchen. Tenants of the casita can use all the facilities of our Bed and Break such as outdoor bar, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by tenant
It sometimes happens that you have to cancel the booking. There are often costs associated with this. In many cases, you can avoid these costs by taking out cancellation insurance in time. The tenant can only cancel by sending an e-mail to the landlord. In this e-mail, he will state the booking number and the reason for cancellation. If the renter has booked a non-refundable rate, they will not be eligible for any refund. In all other cases, the landlord will refund:

100% of the cost if the renter cancels the booking via the said email within 48 hours of making the booking.
100% of the cost if the tenant cancels more than 60 calendar days before the check-in date.
50% refund of fees if cancelled between 30 and 60 calendar days before the check-in date.
25% refund of fees if cancelled between 14 and 30 calendar days before the check-in date.

In other cases, the landlord is not obliged to make any refund. Even in the event of early departure, the landlord is not obliged to make any refund.

No-show
A "no-show" occurs if the tenant has NOT physically reported to the landlord or his representative at the address of "Finca Flamenco" on the agreed check-in date and time, and has not informed the landlord in a timely manner about a possible delay. The landlord considers a no-show as cancellation of the lease by the tenant, which allows the lease to be terminated with immediate effect.
