Cortijo naturista con vistas is an adults only, clothing optional, resort , located on 2 hectares, in the mountains between Rambla de Oria and Albox.

You can relax here on one of the sunbeds by the heated swimming pool (10x5), which is open almost all year round, have a drink at the bar, lounge on one of the various terraces spread throughout the resort, or ' Relax together in the evening and enjoy the jacuzzi, with a nice glass of wine, under the starry sky... and everything within a few meters of your front door.

The small scale, the secluded location and the "adults only" concept guarantee a quiet and relaxing stay. Due to the small scale of our resort (maximum 8 guests), it is ideal for people who want to get acquainted with naturism for the first time.

Layout

Living room (32m2) which also contains the sleeping area with a double bed.
Sitting area with 2 chairs, table and TV with Dutch, German, French, Spanish and English TV channels.
At the end of the room is the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle and a separate dining table.

We Jeroen and Cristel, both in their 50s, moved from Brabant to Spain together with our 2 dogs Max and Fender in July 2022. After a number of setbacks, we moved into our current home in September.
From that moment on we started renovating the house, the apartments, the garden and the swimming pool.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
