Cortijo naturista con vistas is an adults only, clothing optional, resort, located on 2 ha, in the mountains between Rambla de Oria and Albox.

You can relax on one of the sunbeds by the heated swimming pool (10x5) that is open almost all year round, have a drink at the bar, lounge on one of the various terraces scattered throughout the resort, or relax together in the evening and enjoy the jacuzzi, with a nice glass of wine, under the stars....... and all within meters of your front door.

The small scale, the free location and the "adults only" concept guarantee a quiet and relaxing stay.
Due to the small scale of our resort (maximum 6 guests), this is ideal for people who want to get acquainted with naturism for the first time.

Owners live on the ground floor of the building.

The upper floor consists of 2 apartments and 1 studio and a large terrace with chairs, tables, sunbeds and lounge benches.
1 apartment and the studio are connected by a door, the other apartment is attached, all units have their own entrance/entrance

We Jeroen and Cristel, both 50-ers, moved from Brabant to Spain together with our 2 dogs Max and Fender in July 2022.
After a number of setbacks, we moved into our current home in September.
From that moment on we started renovating the house, the apartments, the garden and the swimming pool.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
