Cortijo naturista con vistas is an adults only, clothing optional, resort , located on 2 ha, in the mountains between Rambla de Oria and Albox.

You can relax here on one of the sunbeds by the heated swimming pool (10x5), which is open almost all year round, have a drink at the bar, lounge on one of the various terraces that are spread over the resort, or ' relax together in the evening and enjoy in the jacuzzi, with a nice glass of wine, under the starry sky ....... and everything within a few meters of your front door.

The small scale, the secluded location and the "adults only" concept guarantee a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Due to the small scale of our resort (maximum 8 guests), it is ideal for people who want to get acquainted with naturism for the first time.

The apartment consists of living room/kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a bedroom, the apartment has its own terrace and entrance.

We Jeroen and Cristel, both 50-ers, moved from Brabant to Spain together with our 2 dogs Max and Fender in July 2022.
After a number of setbacks, we moved into our current home in September.
From that moment on we started renovating the house, the apartments, the garden and the swimming pool.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
