The holiday home consists of a cozy fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, combi microwave, dishwasher, 3-burner introduction hob, coffee maker, kettle and various other kitchen appliances. In the kitchen is the dining table suitable for 4 people.
The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and is accessible by 2 steps. In the living room you will find a (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) TV and electric heating and a ceiling fan. The glass patio doors give plenty of light and a good view to the garden.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed (160x200) with 1 duvet.
Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed (180x200) with 2 duvets which can also be placed separately. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for hot and cold.
The bathroom has a washbasin with 2 sinks, a spacious shower room and a separate toilet and is equipped with electric heating. Hand soap and shower gel are provided as well as a hair dryer.
There is a private garden with a cozy dining area and a lovely garden bench in front of the door. On top of the roof terrace, accessible by a staircase on the outside, you will find a lovely lounge area, a table with 4 chairs and a BBQ.
Swimming pool:
The pool is private with a size of 8x5. You enter the pool with a pool ladder. The depth is 1.50 m throughout. Around the pool you will find various sunbeds, chairs and a lounge bench. Parasols provide the necessary shade. At the pool you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and nature. The pool is not fenced.
The Finca:
The Finca is located in the interior of Andalusia in the province of Granada. In the mountains you can enjoy the views, the tranquility and the beautiful nature. The finca is partly a protected nature reserve with holm oaks, olive trees, almond trees, figs, quince and pomegranate are in season to pick from the trees.
We have also started a vegetable garden of which the proceeds are also available to our guests.
Throughout the finca you will find several seating areas at various height levels, great for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine in your hand.
You will be woken up by the birds, cooled by the lovely afternoon breeze and surprised by the beautiful starry sky in the evening. Ideal for keen hikers, avid cyclists and culture lovers. Adventure activities are also offered in the area. Discover the authentic interior of Spain at our Finca Parapanda near the village of Montefrio (15 minutes) and the city of Granada (45 minutes).
Also discover the historic charm of Alcala La Real, Priego de Cordoba and the bustling cities of Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Seville. From impressive monuments to atmospheric squares, there is plenty to admire and experience. Guadix with its cave dwellings is also interesting to visit.
