Holiday home on the golf course in Mijas near the sea for rent for 2-6 people. The house is completely free and has a large swimming pool near the terrace. It is a spacious house with 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds. 2 spacious bathrooms with toilet, shower and bath. Spacious living room overlooking the golf course and fireplace, followed by a covered terrace with garden. Hall with wardrobe and toilet. On the second floor there is a roof terrace with sunbeds and a bar table with views over the golf course and sea view. The house is 25 minutes by car from Malaga airport, 3 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from Marbella. There are almost daily nice markets nearby. Such as on Wednesday and Saturday in La Cala de Mijas, on Saturday in Puerto Banus, on Sunday and Tuesday in Fuengirola, on Friday in Elviria. The hinterland is also worth a visit. Ronda is a 5 minute drive. Gilbratar is also an hour away. But Cadiz and Tarifa are also nice cities to visit. The coast has many beautiful beach clubs in all price categories. The Villa contains information about the area and the beach clubs and nice restaurants. Miraflores Golf Club is adjacent to the swimming pool. Hole 1 and the clubhouse is just around the corner. The beach is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. You can also play tennis or fitness at the Riviera Sports Club. This one is also a 2 minute drive away.

Hi, I am renting out my house in Spain from April 15 to October 1 and then stay in the Netherlands myself. I myself enjoy the house in the winter and I am always working on improving it. The Costa del sol is a wonderful place for me and I hope my guests find it too.

Explanation of prices

The rental prices include water and electricity consumption. TV and internet available free of charge. Free 1 parking space at home.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
