Villa La Duna Alta is located in the outskirts of La Viñuela and offers stunning views of the village, the mountains and the Sierra Tejeda Nature Reserve.
Thanks to its ideal location, just off the main road, the villa is easily accessible without having to drive through the mountains.

The villa sleeps six people and features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms also have a private roof terrace and this makes the villa perfect for families as well as befriended couples, or when grandparents go on a trip. In addition to the generous 11-metre swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, you can enjoy the sun on one of the two terraces or relax in the lounge at any time of the day. All you'll hear are the birds singing...

The villa is located just five minutes from the Viñuela reservoir and eight minutes from the village. Fancy a day at the beach? The cozy Torre del Mar can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The city of Málaga and its airport are only 40 minutes away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

No extra cleaning costs and linen costs for stays of at least 7 days.

Prices include bath, bed and kitchen, linen and final cleaning

• Booking fees are paid as follows:

• 30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival including the deposit of €300

• 100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.

Electricity 20kwh per day included in price.

Cancel costs

• More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount.

• Within 8 weeks before arrival date 100% of the total amount.

Villa la Duna Alta is located in the mountain area of La Axarquia, the last part is accessible via a dirt road but close to the main road.

For Villa La Duna Alta, the number of guests allowed is a maximum of 6 + 1 baby up to 3 years old

It is not allowed to admit more guests to the house than specified in the booking and/or without consultation.

The landlord is not liable for any damage or accidents during your stay.
