Our Villa Casa Hollandia is located in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Andalusia. Enjoy the beautiful view of the "Sierra Tejeda" and the La Vinuela reservoir from our casa. Casa Hollandia is located on top of the mountain (300 meters high), the access road is the last part of concrete and easily accessible, 5 minutes from the highway.
We have a garden with several terraces. The view from the pool is breathtaking. The casa is modern and very fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. Smart TVs with all film channels.
There are 2 bathrooms. There are roller shutters in each bedroom to prevent the heat.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The bathrooms have been renovated to modern standards.
There is a private swimming pool with luxurious sun beds, an outdoor shower and a large BBQ.
An outdoor kitchen has been created so that you as a chef do not have to cook in isolation, but can stay with the rest of the group with a beautiful view.
The house has 2 attached conservatories, 1 adjacent to the swimming pool. The other conservatory has a sea view. There is opportunity for water sports at the lake around the corner.
The swimming pool has recently been renovated and we now have a Roman entry (steps down where you can sit comfortably)
If you like cycling you can rent bicycles in nearby Torre del Mar and we can help you with this. La Vinuela, our nearby white picturesque mountain village, you can do your daily shopping. There is a hospital, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, butcher.
You can also go to the bank (there is an ATM)
There is often a lot of live music on the coast, we keep our guests informed of the week's events by WhatsApp so you can choose what to do.

The owner is on the same property in the casita, but you will not have any problems with your privacy, it is completely shielded.
