Casa Yucca

Casa Yucca is a charming villa with private pool and beautiful garden, located in a very quiet, rural area. The house is located in a dead end street and is almost completely surrounded by an orchard of olive and almond trees. In the garden there are several nice corners to enjoy the tranquility. For example, there are sun loungers to relax by the pool. A spot in the shade under the gazebo or in the hammock under the palm trees. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and TV, a dining room, an open kitchen with separate storage room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and is adjacent to a covered terrace with a large table. On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with adjoining bathroom. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view in a lovely lounge set. The entire house is equipped with a central air conditioning system, which can be used as heating in the winter. There is a separate air conditioning unit in the upstairs bedroom.
