Booking conditions:
If the house you have chosen is available in the requested period, you will receive a pre-reservation form from us via e-mail. Of course, we will contact you in advance and the following information is required: your full name, an ID number, e-mail address and mobile phone number.

At that time, it concerns a pre-aception and blocking in our calendar. As soon as we have received the 30% deposit from you within 48 hours, the reservation will remain in the agenda. You will receive a confirmation of this. In the event of a later payment, we are forced to cancel the blocked pre-reservation and the final reservation cannot be guaranteed!

Cancellations:
- if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we will refund the 30% deposit ;
- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, we will not refund the deposit .

general:
- check-in time: 16.00 - 22.00 hours, check-out time: 08.00 - 11.00 hours, other times in consultation;
- Residual payment (70%) to be paid at the location;
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed;
- smoking in the house is prohibited;
- We do not accept parties and celebrations:
- No visitors from outside may be invited.
