reservation conditions:
If the house you have chosen is available in the requested period, you will receive a pre-booking form from us by e-mail. We will of course contact you in advance and the following information is required: your full name, an ID number, e-mail address and mobile telephone number.

At that time it concerns a pre-acceptance and blocking in our calendar. As soon as we have received the 30% deposit from you within 48 hours, the reservation will remain in the agenda. You will receive confirmation of this. In the event of a later payment, we are forced to cancel the blocked pre-reservation and the final reservation cannot be guaranteed!

cancellations:
- if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we will refund the 30% deposit;
- if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, we will not refund the deposit.

general:
- check-in time: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, check-out time: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, other times in consultation;
- remaining payment (70%) to be paid at the location;
- pets are unfortunately not allowed;
- smoking in the house is prohibited;
- we do not accept celebrations and parties:
- no outside visitors may be invited.
