The private land of 1500m², with pine trees, garden and a cypress fence of more than 2.5m, guarantees total privacy to read, disconnect and enjoy the authentic Andalusian lifestyle.
All-Season Indoor Comfort, The 120m² house is designed for your comfort. It has two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Thanks to high-speed WiFi, you can make video calls with your family or watch your favorite series on Smart TVs, thanks to Netfilx. The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) and electric radiators to ensure a perfect temperature, either in summer or for a longer stay in winter (overwinteren).

Enjoy its large private swimming pool (open from June to the end of October) and relax in the jacuzzi, all year round for a single price of use of €69.
