Description
Casa Repisa Principal is the spacious main residence of our complex in the mountains above Cómpeta. With no less than 175 m² of living space, this house offers exceptional space and comfort for up to 6 people. The architecture creates a beautiful natural balance: the luxury kitchen is bathed in light and offers a magnificent view, while the dining area and sitting area remain wonderfully cool and shaded during the warm summer months thanks to the pergola outside.

Although the property is technically linked with a smaller, lower unit, Casa Repisa Principal functions as a fully self-contained villa. You have your own, separate entrance and your living space is completely isolated from the other unit. The biggest advantage: the beautiful swimming pool and the surrounding terraces are exclusively yours. You will not share this outdoor space with anyone, which guarantees you complete privacy and tranquility.

Layout & Comfort
This main area is furnished with an eye for detail and offers an atmospheric play of light and security:

The Panorama Kitchen: A large, high-quality kitchen with fabulous, sweeping views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

Dining & Living Room: Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy dining area. The spacious living room has a cozy wood stove and a nice workplace. The front part stays pleasantly cool thanks to the lush vegetation of the pergola outside, while the back part is wonderfully light and open.

Bedrooms (3x): All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and individually controlled air conditioning. Here you will find a very spacious bedroom, a spacious second bedroom with closet space and a cozy third bedroom.

Bathrooms: Two modern, comfortable bathrooms.

Good to know: The adjacent, smaller unit has a completely private entrance, a private balcony and a private outdoor area on the other side. 

Your private pool and terraces
The swimming pool (approx. 8 × 4 meters) is located one level lower and is only accessible to guests of Casa Repisa Principal. From the spacious sun terrace – equipped with comfortable sunbeds and various seating areas – you can enjoy the silence and the view over the valley undisturbed. Access to the pool can be closed with a gate, providing extra security for families with younger children.

Optional pool heating (target value approx. 27°C):
Please note that the final temperature also depends on the weather and the use of the tarpaulin. (Please request at least one week before arrival).

(In the months of June to September, heating is usually not necessary; from December to February, the heating is out of order).

Surroundings & Accessibility
From the villa you can walk or cycle straight into the impressive nature of the Axarquía. The picturesque centre of Cómpeta, known for its lively squares, tapas bars and restaurants, is about a 10-minute walk away.

Beach: Approx. 15 km (30 minutes drive).

Málaga & Airport: Can be reached in about an hour.

Accessibility: There is ample parking for several cars directly at the house via a fully tarmac road. Although there are buses from Cómpeta to the coast and Málaga, a (rental) car is recommended to explore the region optimally.
