The idyllically located holiday home Casa Repisa in Cómpeta offers all the possibilities for a versatile holiday, such as hiking, mountain biking, beach holiday visits and even skiing in winter. The villa is located above the village on a mountainside. Here you can enjoy a soothing tranquility with a magnificent view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The house has a large sun-drenched terrace with several cozy spots. Natural shade is also present. The cozy center of the village is about a 10-minute walk away.
The house consists of 2 separate units, a main part and a somewhat smaller unit. The main area has a spacious living room with a wood burning stove. There is also a desk in the living room to combine work and vacation. It can be heated with a pellet stove and/or wood stove. In addition, there is a kitchen with a separate dining area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a spacious hall. Also upstairs there is a covered balcony with stunning sea views.
The 2nd part has living room with an open kitchen. This area can also be heated with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (without air conditioning) and a bathroom. For rentals of more than 8 guests, you can also get access to the 2nd kitchen.
There is a swimming pool of about 8 by 4 m with a beautiful view of the mountains. Access to the swimming pool can be closed through a gate. Swimming pool is accessible via a staircase down.
If a maximum of 6 guests come, the 2nd unit is not available, not even for other guests. In other words, you don't have to share the house with other, unknown people. Free parking is available. There is room for at least 3 cars. The location is easily accessible by car. It is also possible to travel to Cómpeta by bus from Malaga airport.
The house is about 15 km from the coast, accessible via a well-maintained mountain road down.
