Description
Casa Repisa is a quietly located villa in the mountains above Cómpeta, with lots of privacy and a wide view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. A place to relax, but also suitable for those who want to actively explore the area.
From the villa you can walk and cycle in nature, or take a trip to the coast or one of the historic towns in the region. In winter, skiing in the Sierra Nevada is possible.
Location and outdoor space
The villa is located on a mountainside, surrounded by peace and nature. On the spacious, sun-drenched terrace there are several seating areas and natural shade.
The center of Cómpeta is about a ten-minute walk away.

Casa Repisa consists of two separate living areas, which offers extra privacy for larger groups.

When staying with a maximum of six guests, the second unit will remain closed. For larger groups, it is open.
Swimming pool and terrace
The swimming pool (approx. 8 × 4 meters) is located on a lower level and is accessible via stairs. From the pool and terrace there is a nice view of the mountains. The entrance can be closed with a gate, which provides extra security for children.
Around the pool is a spacious terrace with sunbeds and seating areas.
The pool can be heated (target value approximately 27°C). The final temperature depends on the weather conditions and the use of the tarpaulin.

Heating is usually not necessary in June to August. In the winter months (December to February) the swimming pool is not heated.
Please indicate at least one week in advance whether you want to use the heating.
Occupancy and privacy
The price is based on a maximum of 6 people. Additional guests are charged per person per night.
For smaller groups, the second unit remains closed. The grounds, pool and terraces are always completely private.
Durability and comfort
Casa Repisa is largely supplied with sustainable energy via solar panels and a home battery.
The air-conditioned bedrooms can both cool and heat, making the house comfortable in all seasons.
AccessibilityThere is parking for several cars and the villa is easily accessible via a tarmac road.
The coast is about 15 km away. Málaga and the airport can be reached in about an hour. From Cómpeta buses run several times a day to the coast and Málaga (about 2 to 3 times a day). For more flexibility, a car is recommended.In conclusion
