A house with a wide view over the Mediterranean Sea from Nerja to Malaga! with lots of peace and privacy, there are 3 houses at a distance around it. House with terraces and garden enclosed with hedges, entrance gate, shutters for warmth, air conditioning in the bedrooms, swimming pool, BBQ with terrace and awning (shade area) All bedrooms are of limited size, but just like the Spaniards we almost always live outside.
Kitchen has dishwasher, kettle, convection oven, fridge and freezer, utility room with washing machine.
20 minutes by car you are at the bakery, supermarket or by the sea (Torrox-Costa) with a boulevard and restaurants. Competa is 15 minutes away and Nerja 25 minutes away. From the main road from Torrox towards Competa you take a road further up the mountain, this asphalt road ends and it turns into a dirt road and again a concrete road and you go down a bit steeply, after a few bends you reach the house as in the 1st photo . There is an entrance gate where you can park sheltered behind the car. The road(s) consists of 95% asphalt and concrete, but it is advisable to use a slightly higher car (height Fiat Panda)
Once on the driveway and at the front door you enter the hallway with 1 on the right and 2 left bedrooms and bathroom, if you walk past the kitchen you immediately enter the living room where the sliding door is to the 2 terraces. To the left is the swimming pool and stairs to a garden below, to the right of the terrace is the BBQ. In short, peace, space, comfort and beautiful views!
When you arrive, the caretaker will guide you to the house, please arrange the meeting place in advance.
