Bienvenidos! at Casa Merks our atmospheric
Boutique apartment. It is fully equipped and decorated with passion. We hope that 'you guests' will have a very nice stay!

Our apartment is located in a small-scale closed complex. With a beautiful well-maintained fenced garden, with swimming pool with sunbeds & umbrellas and a padel court.
-The apartment, where you enter into a spacious hall. Has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Equipped with wonderful beds. Because good beds was a plus for us! An extra (folding) bed is available, as are a camping cot and high chair.
-The bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom. Equipped with double sinks, (bubble) bath, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, beautiful sink, toilet and bidet.
-The kitchen is fully equipped; ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a choice of a Nespresso or a filter coffee machine. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer. The living room is attractively furnished.
-The terrace is completely covered and has a glass wall (sliding panels). So even in the colder months you can sit comfortably sheltered on the terrace. You can also use our own spacious garden with seating areas.
-There is a parking garage under the building, with its own parking space. ----The complex is guarded 24 hours a day!
-Free WiFi and TV.

Popular cities such as Estepona, Marbella and Malaga are nearby. The whole region of Andalusia is definitely worth a visit! Think of Seville, Ronda, Tarifa, etc. Too many to mention.

A rental car is definitely recommended. We recommend Malagacar.
