The villa is located in a beautiful location with beautiful views and of course the impressive mountain "La Maroma". The villa is fully equipped and has nice places to relax, including a fantastic 40m2 swimming pool!.
Spacious living room with wood stove, 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, the other ensuite with walk-in shower. The pool is over 40m2 and the pool is a wonderful place to stay. Living room and master bedroom have access to air conditioning.
The combination of the swaying palm trees in front of the breathtaking mountain range has an enchanting effect. The pool is surrounded by several terraces, both covered and uncovered, to fully enjoy the outdoors in sunny Spain.

The villa is located about an hour from Malaga airport. After half an hour of highway, you go into the mountains, with a neat road towards Archez. The last 2 km you go on a well-accessible dirt road to the villa, easily accessible with a normal car. The host can drive out for you if desired.
There are a few more villas in the area, so it is not lonely, but private and an oasis of peace.
Due to its location, day trips to Málaga, Granada and the Sierra Nevada, for example, are very possible.
At about 5 km is the charming white village of Archez and Canillas de Albaida (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and good restaurants).
At 20min is Cómpeta.
On 30. minus near the coast (with larger supermarkets) and the white village of Canillas de Aceituno.
La Maroma is the highest mountain of "Parque Natural de Sierras de Tejeda". The nature reserve offers a whole range of hiking opportunities, but there are also numerous routes directly from the house between the fruit trees, almond trees and olive trees. The authentic villages of Archez and Corumbela are about a 4 km walk away. Cycling tourists can also indulge themselves here.
When wintering: Swimming pool is closed, inquire about the costs for opening. Price does not include electricity costs.
