Beautiful townhouse in Andalusian style, located directly on the beach, spread over 3 floors. Hear the sea in bed. Fantastic terrace and spacious roof terrace with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea. Spacious hall with stairs to roof terrace with sunbeds, dining table and fixed BBQ.

1st floor: Living room with terrace on the south, kitchen with all app, bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink and Master Bedroom. 2nd floor Guest room with private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink.
the app. is equipped with fiber optic and satt.tv. Very child friendly (lots of toys available).

Community pool in the garden, beach in front of the door, nice Beach Clubs within walking distance.
Secure parking in closed parking garage with private parking space. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. located 1km from the popular marina Cabo Pino.

As a flight attendant at KLM I have been able to discover half the world. Finally I settled here. This environment offers everything. Due to its layout, my apartment is my ideal home located directly on the beach and equipped with all amenities. All shops, restaurants and sports facilities within walking distance. 10km to Marbella, 30km to Malaga airport and 40km to the fashionable city of Malaga. Beautiful Andalusia is open to you. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Tarifa, Ronda and Gibraltar within 2 hours
