WE PUT AT YOUR DISPOSAL OUR NEWLY BUILT HOUSE. IT IS A 200M2 HOUSE WITH TWO BEDROOMS, THREE BATHROOMS AND LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN.
THE ROOMS ARE DISTRIBUTED AS FOLLOWS: ONE BEDROOM WITH A 180CM BED, AND THE SECOND ROOM HAS A 150CM BED + A 90CM LOFT BED. IN ADDITION, ON THE LAND THERE IS A MOBILE HOME WITH A BEDROOM WITH A 150CM BED, AND A BUNK BED WITH TWO BEDS FOR SMALL CHILDREN (70CM).
THE PLOT, OF 2,500M2 HAS A PRIVATE POOL, TWO LARGE PORCHES, A SLÁSTIC BED, PARKING AREA, ETC. IT HAS VIEWS OF THE BREÑA NATURAL PARK WHICH IS ACCESSED DIRECTLY FROM THE HOUSE, AND IS LOCATED 1KM FROM THE BEACH OF ZAHORA, AND AT THE SAME DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH OF LOS CAÑOS DE MECA.
THE HOUSE IS NEW, WITH BRAND NEW EVERYTHING AND WITH HIGH QUALITIES. IT IS A PRIVATE HOUSE.

Hello! I'm Javier. I put my house in Los Caños de Meca at your disposal. If you don't know the area, I have to tell you that it is the last wild stronghold on the Andalusian coast where you will find tourists and where you can experience an authentic local experience. The atmosphere in the area is very nice, somewhat "hippie", and full of water activities to do. The area where the house is located is very quiet, and the neighbors are very respectful. Go ahead and come to Casa Leone!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation, 50% of the reservation will be refunded if the cancellation occurs before 30 days of the arrival date. 25% of the reservation will be refunded, if the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before arrival. No amount will be refunded if the cancellation is less than 14 days before arrival.
Cleaning:
The final cleaning service of the house is included up to 5 hours. If the house needs more than 5 hours of final cleaning, it will be charged at the rate of 20 euros per hour.
Water:
The house has a tank with 35 thousand liters of water for the use of the tenants included in the monthly price. Once they are exhausted, 360 euros will be charged to refill the 35 thousand liters.

Los Caños de Meca is a hamlet of the town of Barbate. The beaches are famous for their blue color, but the highlight is the bucolic atmosphere of the area in the summer months. In Barbate, located 9Kms, you can eat the best tuna in the world; and on the beach of El Palmar (6 km away) you can surf in a unique atmosphere. In the area there is always live music in the afternoons; and you can also enjoy horseback riding in the La Breña Natural Park (0 meters from the house). This is paradise!
