Through the living room you enter the open kitchen with a combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a four-burner ceramic hob with extractor. The hallway, equipped with air conditioning, gives you access to one bathroom and three bedrooms. The bathrooms have a bidet, sink, bath shower combination and a toilet. All three bedrooms have a double bed, bedside table and built-in wardrobes.

1st floor VILLA ARENAS via the marble stairs you arrive on the 1st floor, with a bathroom, bedroom and a balcony. The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a bidet, sink and walk-in shower. The bedroom is the largest in the house and has a bedside table, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
