Welcome to Casa Bellavista.

We were immediately impressed when we walked into the garden and saw the holiday home, the pool and the beautiful view for the first time. What a cozy and cozy holiday home, with a great terrace, the peace, space, privacy and comfort. A truly authentic Spanish holiday home!

Our holiday home offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful view over both the sea and the city.

The comfortable living room includes a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials.

The spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Everything you need for a wonderful holiday is within reach, but it is important to have your own transport due to distances and the zero public transport in the area.

Whether you want to relax by the lovely pool, enjoy a meal on the spacious terrace, or explore the beautiful surroundings, our home offers it all.

The area offers plenty of activities and sights.
Take an adventurous walk on the famous Caminito del Rey and enjoy the beautiful nature around it, visit the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, or explore the historic cities of Málaga, Granada, Córdoba and Seville, which are easily accessible both by car and by train.

Alhaurín el Grande offers wonderful natural opportunities for lovers of hiking and cycling.
You can enjoy scenic routes such as the Pico de Mijas and the Cañada de las Palomas. In addition, there are plenty of forests and hills that are ideal for a relaxing day in nature.
Our holiday home is only 20 to 30 minutes from Málaga airport, as well as the famous beaches of the Costa del Sol such as: Benalmadena, Marbella, Fuengirola, the Carihuela and the city of Málaga.
There are also numerous typical Andalusian white villages that are definitely worth a visit, such as: Alhaurín el Grande, Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Frigiliana and many more, making it the perfect base for all your adventures and experiences.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of prices:

All prices are for the entire holiday home per week, including bed linen, towels, beach towels, kitchen linen, water, electricity (for normal use), WIFI and utilities and property manager nearby for any questions.

Maximum 5 people allowed.

Prices are based on a stay of one week.
Arrival  from 16.00 hours.
This can be deviated from in consultation, depending on availability and whether the cleaning is finished.

Cancellation Policy:

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: no fee due
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Benalmadena Costa is wonderful to walk through the promenade to the beaches of Torremolinos, past Carihuela and the port of Benalmadena.
Definitely recommended!
Beautiful nature reserve rich in flora and fauna and rare plants and animals.
Can definitely be combined with the most famous Caminito del Rey.

The quaint village of Mijas Pueblo, definitely recommended with its traditional white houses and narrow streets.
