Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included are bath and bed linen, final cleaning and electricity with normal use (20kwh per day)

Booking fee and deposit are paid as follows:

30% upon booking and 70% at the latest 8 weeks before arrival.
100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.
The deposit of €300 must also be paid with the last payment.
After your stay, the deposit will be refunded within 5 days to the bank account number with which it was paid.
