The villa is located in full nature, in the middle of the olive groves and borders the Sierra Tejada National Park. And yet only a blink of an eye away from the sea and a stone's throw from the cultural pearls of the area. A holiday in which you experience the best of three worlds: the serene tranquility of nature - sun-drenched days by the sea - a wealth of culture. Everything effortlessly at your fingertips.
In addition, there is a range of outdoor activities in the vicinity. Such as hiking, horseback riding, E-bike / mountain bike / road bikes.

The villa explained again :
The pool is heated by means of 10 heat panels from Roth. So even in the colder months you can fully enjoy the pool.
There is air conditioning and heating everywhere.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an American fridge with ice maker and a spacious freezer. There are also cleaning utensils, an iron with ironing board, and a drying umbrella available.
Wood-fired panorama sauna: experience ultimate tranquility in our traditional wood-fired sauna with a breathtaking view. Enjoy the natural warmth, the smell of the wood fire and the silence of nature around you. What can you expect? Private sauna, completely for your own use. We take care of heating up the sauna. Dry firewood, towels, as well as fragrances are included. Rates: €30 per session (2–3 hours). Do you want to use the sauna? Let us know at least 3 hours in advance, and we will make sure everything is ready for you. Bringing your own wood or heating the sauna independently is not allowed for safety reasons.
House Rules:
Please respect the check-in and check-out times to give the people responsible for the final cleaning the necessary time.
Please respect the private spaces provided.
General DO NOT smoke indoors, extinguish cigarette butts outdoors in the ashtrays provided (FIRE HAZARD).
Please do not throw toilet paper and other wipes in the toilet. But in the garbage cans provided. This is to prevent blockages.
Throw waste in the bins and take it to the municipal waste containers yourself.
Do not throw food scraps into nature, this attracts wild animals (wild boars).
Be careful with sugar and sweets. This attracts ants. Also in the cupboards.
Please clean BBQ grill and bring it to the state as it was transferred. Please also empty the ashes collection tray.
For the use of the wood-burning stove, please only use the wood that is allocated to you.
Only empty the ashes of the BBQ and wood stove at the designated place.
Do not make an open fire. Because of general fire hazard. This is punished very severely by the Guardia Civil.
Please shower before swimming.
Not with wet swimsuits in the hammocks.
Do not enter the pump housing. Danger of chemicals!
Entrance gate : always fix with the provided bolt (in concrete), otherwise the gate may be damaged.
Please remove the shade cloth in strong winds, because of the risk of damage to the cloth.
Be surrounded by peace, nature and serenity - and do your bit to preserve it. By being conscious of water, gas and electricity, you help to keep this place sustainable and pleasant.
Excessive water and energy consumption will be charged.
The wifi code will be given on the spot.
The sauna can only be used on request. Please let us know at least 3 hours in advance and we will provide the necessary.
To keep the garden and pool in optimal condition, we can enter the domain for regular maintenance. This is done with the necessary discretion and always with respect for your privacy. And if possible at pre-arranged times.
