This spacious villa for six people offers all the comforts for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The villa has three stylish bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped. Thanks to the air conditioning, it always remains pleasant inside, while the fireplace provides extra atmosphere on cooler evenings. 

Outside, the private pool invites you to cool off and relax in peace. Perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy space, comfort and a touch of luxury together.

From Casa Henrik you can enjoy hiking in the Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park with Area Recrativa El Alcázar. 

The village of Alcaucín is within walking distance and there you will find several restaurants and local supermarkets. 

Do you prefer to go to the beach? Then you are in Torre del Mar in 25 minutes where you will find a beautiful long promenade with plenty of restaurants.

My name is Martin and since the end of 2024 I have been living on the edge of the Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park near the village of Alcaucín. I take care of the rental for Casa Henrik, the house of our neighbors, with great pleasure. Because I live within walking distance myself, I can answer your questions quickly and give you plenty of tips about the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Bedroom with patio doors with beautiful views to large terrace. The bedroom has a double bed, 180m wide. Built-in wardrobes. Room ensuite with large rain shower and toilet. Can a baby cot be added.
Lots of peace, light and space in the house. A moment from the kitchen to the hallway to the bedroom on the ground floor and to the living room.
Otro Mundo... do nothing at all and enjoy the small, big moments
