Located an hour's drive from Malaga airport. The villa is within half an hour's drive (12km) from the beach ! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility of the villa as well as the beach and the boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and about 7 minutes (4 km) by car from Arenas, with a supermarket and several bars.
The villa has an area of approximately 130 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On (one of the) enclosed terraces is the illuminated swimming pool (760 x 350 x (105-190)) with easily accessible steps, outdoor shower and sufficient sunbeds to enjoy the peace and breathtaking views.
On the other terrace there is a (coal) barbecue next to the dining table with chairs and parasol.
The site is completely fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and (covered) parking space for several cars. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes, two and a half bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. IPTV with all NL and BE channels (and more) in the living room. WIFI.

The living room. This has a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa, smart TV, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. From the lounge there is access to the veranda where there is also a dining table with chairs. From the other side of the lounge there is direct access to the panoramic terrace at the back, with large parasol, dining table, chairs and the fantastic view.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, all cooking utensils and sufficient cupboard space. There is also a washing machine here.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and sufficient fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom 1 with bath and spacious modern shower, hairdryer and additional heating.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and sufficient fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 also has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and sufficient fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom 2 has a shower, hairdryer and additional heating.
The necessary linen is provided in each room (sheets, (beach) towels).
A baby cot and high chair can be placed on request.
