Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Stay includes electricity, bath and bed linen and final cleaning. No more costs afterwards.

Booking fee and deposit are paid as follows:

100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.
The deposit of €300 must also be paid with the last payment.
