Ground floor
The kitchen, dining room and downstairs lounge flow into each other like an open plan living room. The facade to the backyard can be completely folded away, which increases the spatial feeling even more. Carefully chosen high-quality design furniture and the right color palette make it seem as if nature continues from the outside in. The fully equipped green kitchen, equipped with quality equipment, is a feast for the eyes. The custom-made dining table with comfortable chairs invite you to dine for a long time.

Two luxurious bedrooms share a state-of-the-art bathroom. The bedroom with double bed (Queen) overlooks the Zen garden. The second bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, fans, high-quality mattresses and luxurious bed linen. The bathroom has a toilet, a double sink and a large shower cabin with two rain showers!

First floor
Here is the second lounge, where art and daring creation come together. A comfortable seat, under the high thatched roof, with a view over the peaks of the mile-long Bush, with even a glimpse of Dragon Mountains in the distance. Through two French doors you reach the balcony, which spans the entire width of the house. The upstairs lounge also has a flat screen TV with DSTV and a DVD player.

The extra large master bedroom is also located on this floor and is separated from the upstairs lounge by frosted glass doors. A large extra long double bed (King) with a high-quality mattress and luxurious bed linen. A sliding glass door also offers access to the balcony here. The intimate seating area on the balcony in front of this bedroom is ideal for waking up to nature in the early morning while enjoying a nice cup of coffee! This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and also has air conditioning with a capacity that can cool (or heat in winter) the entire top floor.
On the other side of the bedroom you enter the adjacent enormous designer bathroom. In addition to a toilet, a large freestanding bath, double sinks, a large shower cabin with two rain showers. Here again, the design and high quality are what counts.
