Luxury villa with heated salt water pool and sea view in the beautiful and safe Noordhoek, a suburb of Cape Town on the Cape Peninsula.Lots of privacy and all famous tourist attractions such as Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Robben Island etc. etc. less than 30 minutes by car. Four golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
The house is located in a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The view from the terrace on the Atlantic Ocean is really beautiful and you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The terrace is covered and has sun blinds by means of screens that can be turned up or down. The terrace is also sheltered from the wind and has a cozy seating area and also a dining table with 6 chairs for sheltered outdoor lunch or dinner.
There is from the terrace, a stone staircase of 6 steps with handrail, which leads to the garden with the swimming pool. There is also a Weber barbeque and a dining table and six chairs under a large tree.
The house is very practical as far as the layout is concerned. See map in the photos. From the kitchen you walk through the room directly onto the large terrace. The living room and dining room are open plan and form a whole. The décor is tasteful and luxurious with leather sofas. There are two sleeping wards. A department adjoins the pool garden and has a large and a smaller bedroom. So very handy for families with children. They then sleep close to the master bedroom. The other bedroom is located at the back of the house and has a view of the backyard. The master bedrooms both have attached bathrooms. The smaller bedroom uses a separate bathroom in the hallway. South Africa is struggling with electricity shortage and that is why we have "loadshedding" here. (the power is regularly interrupted for a few hours)
But you won't be bothered by that here because the house has solar panels and a solar installation with inverter and lithium battery.
The house is secured with an alarm system that is connected to a control room that is manned 24/7. The house is cleaned once a week by our help who, for stays longer than about 8 days , also changes the beds. This is included in the rental price. On request she can come more, but then the costs are for the tenants. This costs 400 rand (about 24 Euro) for about 6 hours. She can also wash and iron. There is fast and free WIFI available and of course Netflix. If desired, you can send a shopping list so that the fridge and pantry are filled with your groceries upon arrival. Then you don't have to go to the supermarket immediately after arrival and the holiday can start right away.
The check-in and check-out times are somewhat flexible and I try to take your flight times into account as much as possible.

Despite living in South Africa for two decades, I still can't get enough of the beauty and diversity of this beautiful country. I am quite fond of traveling. My beautiful house in a quiet suburb of Cape Town is sometimes empty and that's a shame. But Micazu regularly rents it out and it's always nice to let other people enjoy Longbeachview while I'm traveling myself.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For bookings for only 2 people, we recommend that you look at our other ad "Longbeachview for you two " where a compact version of the house is available for a lower price.
For bookings of more than three weeks, an additional discount applies.
In the high season from December 1st to January 31st there are NO discounts.

Therefore, request a quote from the owners of LONGBEACHVIEW without any obligation.

Payments.
A booking is only final when the deposit amount of 50% has been received by the landlord. A date for payment is indicated in the rental contract.
The remaining amount of the booking must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival.

Cancel.
Up to 45 days before arrival, cancellation could be made without costs and the deposit amount will be refunded minus 5 percent to cover bank costs and administration costs. Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will not be refunded.
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
We understand that there can always be unforeseen circumstances to cancel a booking. That is why we will always try, in mutual consultation, to move the dates to a later time.

Travel insurance.
We therefore recommend that our guests always take out travel insurance that covers these costs.

The villa is situated on the slopes of the Silvermine Mountain Reserve. This is part of the TABLE MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK. The view towards Long Beach is beautiful with Chapman Peak on the righthand side and on the left , the rocks Dassenberg. The villa is situated in a nice and safe residential area where peacocks . geese and native guineafowls freely roam. The villa has a double garage, landscaped garden, a large private heated pool with sun beds and sun loungers with cushions. There is also an outside dining table under the trees near the barbeque. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need. The separate laundry has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.Bedroom 1 has a 2 person Auping bed system with extra length, doors to the garden and pool. The bathroom is ensuite with shower, toilet, basin and bahttube. A walk in wardrobe provide plenty of storage.Bedroom 2 overlooks the back garden .Has Quin-size bed and ensuite bathroom . It has a large shower, toilet and basin. Here again many storage in the cupboards.Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and overlooks the pool. This room is not ensuite but the 3rd bathroom in the hall is available. This bathroom has a bath, toilet, basin and shower. All together there are three bathrooms, two full baths and three showers 3 toilets in the house. Outside is also a 4th toilet for when you come out of the pool and get too wet to walk through the house . The villa is protected by an alarm system linked to a 24/7 security service. This is common in South African residential areas, so your safety is guaranteed. The house is cleaned 1x per week by the maid. The price of this is included in the rent. Do you want her to perform additional work such as babysitting or ironing ,this can be arranged at extra cost.

Noordhoek is a quiet and safe suburb of Cape Town, about 30 minutes from the airport. The house has a breathtaking view over the Atlantic Ocean, the wide white beach of Long Beach and Chapman Peak. All major tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity. The village of Noordhoek has a modern indoor shopping center, The Long Beach Mall, for all your daily boodschappen.U There is a large supermarket, banks where you can withdraw cash, restaurants, cinema, pizzeria etc. Noordhoek beach is 8 km long and very wide . You can sunbathe or walk etc. There are horses for rent for beach rides for the fans.

For the Golf lovers! There are 4 golf courses within a 10 minutes from the charming and narrow CourseA villa.Clovellv Golf Course That meanders along a dune-lined valley. Year round quality make this a sought after venue. Simon's Town Golf Cours Wonderful sea views from a course set out on sloping terrain. Windy conditions at times add to the challenge. Steenberg Golf CourseSet among vineyards with spectacular mountain surrounds. Westlake Golf Cours Tall pines in the shadow of Silvermine Mountain complement a popular layout.

The South African wines are now known all over the world. A visit to the Winelands is also worth waard.Binnen 10 minutes you are at the beginning of the Constantia Wine Route. There you can find the beautiful Groot Constantia and Klein Constantia visit. View and Buitenverwachting is also worth a visit. There are many wine estates restaurants so you "al fresco" lunch. Picnic also belongs to the possibilities. Well before a call to book. Addresses and phone numbers can be found at the tourist information leaflets in huis.Op about 1 hour drive you are in the Winelands of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franche Hoek. The beautiful surroundings do you think of the Swiss Alps. Especially the Helshoogte just outside Stellenbosch is breathtaking. All wine estates are clearly marked along the way. Everywhere you can taste and buy wine. (No obligation) Remember in Stellenbosch "Oome Samie se Winkel" not to visit! Bosschendal A picnic is an unforgettable experience. Again a call to book. In Muscle You can not just wine tasting but also the Cheetah farm visits. At Fairview in Paarl is also manufactured cheese. So here is an ideal combination of wine and cheese tasting.

Just two hours drive from Cape Town is the prestigious, malaria free Aquila Game Reserve. The 4500 acre reserve is home to include rhinos, giraffes, lions, buffalo, leopard, hippos, elephants, black wildebeest, not to mention numerous indigenous birds. It is the nearest Game Park from Cape Town. There is however a "prijskaartje'aan!

This Aquarium is a tip of the iceberg when it comes to the South African underwater world and all its inhabitants. In this aquarium live about 3000 different animals such as fish, sharks, penguins, jellyfish, clams, lobsters and more beautiful. The highlight of the day include feeding time of the sharks around 15.30 in the predator area. You can hike delighteth in the immediate vicinity of the villa! A trip to the Noordhoek Peak where you sensational views over the Hout Bay and Noordhoek Valley to enjoy. Also for the not so well trained to do wander boot.

Cape Town has a large number of magnificent shopping centers. To name a few that are worth visiting: Constantia Village (small but nice) Cavendish, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and of course the huge luxurious Canal Walk. Here you can spend days.

Chapmans Peak Drive is a toll road (28 rand per car = about 3 euros) between Noordhoek and Hout Bay along the Atlantic coast. It is one of the most spectacular coastal roads in the world. The 9 km route with its 114 curves in Noordhoek begins at the 593-meter Peak Chapman and runs high along the rocky coast with stunning views to Hout Bay. There are several parking lots along the trail and picnic areas where you can enjoy breathtaking views. In season from August to December, there are often sightings.

The extensive and beautiful shopping center, located on the harbor: "The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront" to see is a "must". Numerous terraces and restaurants make the choice very difficult.
