Luxury villa for two people with swimming pool and sea view in the beautiful and safe Noordhoek, a suburb of Cape Town on the Cape Peninsula. Lots of privacy and all well-known tourist attractions such as Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Robben Island, etc., etc. less than 30 cars away min distance. Four golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
Because we also want to focus the rental on couples, because there are often two people traveling, we decided to offer a compact version of Longbeachview. For a cheaper price than the entire villa. Part of it is closed off, but guests have access to all the facilities of the Villa with only one large bedroom and adjacent bathroom.
The house is located in a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The view from the terrace of the Atlantic Ocean is truly beautiful and you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The terrace is covered and has sun protection through see-through screens that can be turned up or down. The terrace is also sheltered from the wind and has a cozy seating area as well as a dining table with 6 chairs for sheltered outdoor lunch or dinner. From the terrace there is a stone staircase of 6 steps with a handrail, which leads to the garden with the swimming pool. There is also a Weber barbecue and a dining table and six chairs under a large tree.
The house is very practical in terms of layout. See map in the photos. From the kitchen you walk through the room directly onto the large terrace. The living room and dining room are open and form one whole. The furnishings are tasteful and luxurious with leather sofas. The spacious bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with toilet, sink and a large shower with glass doors.
There is plenty of cupboard space.
The house is secured with an alarm system that is connected to a control room that is manned 24/7. The house is cleaned once a week by our help who, for stays longer than approximately 7 days, also changes the bed. This is included in the rental price. She can come more upon request, but then the costs are borne by the tenants. This will cost 400 Rand (approximately 24 Euro) for approximately 6 hours. She can also wash and iron for you. There is fast and free WIFI available and of course Netflix.
Check-in and check-out times are somewhat flexible and we try to take your flight times into account as much as possible.
You can also send us a shopping list in advance so that the refrigerator and kitchen cupboard are already filled with your groceries upon arrival. Then you don't have to run straight to the supermarket and the holiday can start right away. We will pay upon your arrival.
Another very pleasant side effect is that we are largely on Solar, so there is no problem with "load shedding" (power interruption of a few hours due to scarce electricity.)
