Beach House Hout Bay is a fantastic beach house on the beach of Hout Bay. The house has beautiful views of the beach and surrounding mountains from all rooms. The beach is accessed via a private gate, which takes you to the beautiful sandy beach and from where you have fantastic views of the bay and the famous Chapman's Peak Drive.

The house is modern, light and spacious. It has recently been completely renovated. It includes two beautiful living rooms, three en suite bedrooms, hotel quality mattresses and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace with braai. Mesh WIFI, 24/7 electricity (no electricity disconnection) and you will find the swimming pool in the communal garden.

The house is fully equipped to your wishes, with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, grill and braai. Everyone has plenty of space in one of the lounges and the three en-suite bedrooms. Three separate showers and two bathrooms offer all guests their privacy and relaxing time.

Beach House Houtbaai is located in a secure complex.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel the booking, you must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens is a very beautiful garden with many special trees, plants and flowers. The garden is extra special because it is located on a slope of Table Mountain.
