This large villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. There are a total of 4 bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 11 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, master bedroom and games room with a pool table on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a further master bedroom, 3 bedrooms and an additional living room. Outside, the house has two large patios, at the front and rear, which are perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the sun. A private swimming pool of 9x4 meters is the centerpiece of the landscaped garden with its orange, apple and other fruit trees.

An advantage is the proximity to the white sandy beaches of Esposende and the wide choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fao is classified as a Protected Landscape Area and is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of northern coastline in Portugal. An excellent 9-hole golf course is located on the right bank of the Cavado River, approximately 16 kilometers away. Porto city center is approximately a 30-minute drive away. The old city center is on the World Heritage List and was voted Europe's best destination for 2017!
