Situated in an elevated position with impeccable sea views, this beautiful designer holiday villa is ideal for holidaymakers seeking privacy and high quality accommodation. Very easy to reach (just a 50 minute drive) from Porto International Airport. This villa is located just 4 km away from the white sandy beaches of Caminha, a charming traditional Portuguese town full of history, where several battles were fought between Portugal and Spain.

Nowadays this town enjoys much more friendly relations with its neighboring country and there is a daily ferry between the two banks of the river. Standing on a small island in the middle of the estuary are the ruins of the fortress of Ínsua, built to defend the entrance to the river in the fifteenth century.The sandy beach of Vila Praia de Ancora is located 10 minutes away from the villa .

The house has 2 floors:

Ground floor:
Spacious open living/dining room with comfortable chairs, flat screen television, satellite TV, DVD player, music center and WiFi internet. Dining table for up to 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Large patio doors leading to the front terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the beautiful sea views. Shower room.

Upper floor:
Large double bedroom with ensuite large bathroom. 1 double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. Full shower room to be shared between the 2 bedrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms has large glass doors from which you can admire the unique ocean views.

Outside:
Well maintained mature garden, sun terrace with BBQ, excellent for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool is partly surrounded by a furnished terrace with a table for up to 8 people with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private swimming pool has an irregular shape. Parking.

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
