Situated in an elevated position with impeccable sea views, this stunning designer holiday villa is ideal for holidaymakers looking for privacy and high quality accommodation. Very easy to reach (only 50 minutes drive) from Porto International Airport. This villa is located just 4 km away from the white sandy beaches of Caminha, a charming traditional Portuguese town full of history, where several battles were fought between Portugal and Spain.

Nowadays this town enjoys a much more friendly relations with the neighboring country and there is a daily ferry-boat between the two banks of the river. Standing on a small island in the middle of the estuary are the ruins of the fortress of Ínsua, built to defend the entrance to the river in the fifteenth century. The sandy beach of Vila Praia de Ancora is located 10 minutes away from the villa.

The house has 2 floors:

Ground floor:
Spacious open plan living/dining room with comfortable seating, flat screen television, cable TV, music center and wifi internet. Dining table for up to 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Large patio doors leading out to the front terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the beautiful sea views. Shower room.

Upper floor:
Large double bedroom with ensuite large bathroom. 1 double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. Full shower room to be shared between the 2 bedrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms has large glass doors from which you can admire the unique view of the ocean.

Outside:
Well maintained mature garden, sun terrace with bbq, excellent for outdoor dining. The private pool is partially surrounded by a furnished terrace with a table for up to 8 people with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private pool has an irregular shape. Parking.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Same-sex groups are only allowed if this has been discussed with us in advance due to the risk of additional damage.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: € 50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax to be paid on site:
1 May to 30 September : € 1.50 per person over 16 with a maximum of 7 nights
1 October to 30 April: € 1 person over 16 with a maximum of 7 nights

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 75 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
