Villa das Hortas is a modern family villa located in a small condominium of 4 similar houses in a quiet street in the lower part of Salir do Porto. This village with about 800 inhabitants is located on the shell-shaped bay of São Martinho do Porto, on the Silver Coast in Portugal. Salir do Porto has some private beaches with fine sand located on a spur of the bay where it is pleasant to stay and which are within walking distance of the villa (+/- 15 '). The bay itself can also be reached on foot via the dike or via deck paths and the beach of the bay itself (from +/- 17 '). The waves and tides in the bay and foothills are very calm making it a safe destination with children. Salir do Porto has a mini market, restaurants and cafes that are easily reachable on foot at a 5 to 10 minute walk. São Martinho do Porto is also easy to reach on foot, by bike or by car. Here you will find restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities in abundance. Lisbon is +/- 90 km from the villa or 50 - 60 minutes drive. The transfer to and from the airport is easy via the A8 motorway.

Salir do Porto is also ideally located as a base for further exploration of the Silver Coast with its hidden gems and for a day trip to lively Lisbon. By providing the Tuesday as a changeover day, you can optimally combine your stay here with a weekend stay in Lisbon.

The villa is built and furnished in a modern, sleek style and equipped with every comfort and luxury. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom connected with a bathroom. There is also an equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer combination, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishwasher and washing machine. The L-shaped living room has a dining and lounge area and a reading corner. The lounge area is equipped with a smart TV with internet streaming and a TV connection with TV Flanders and MEO. WIFI is also available.

The first floor contains two additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bunk beds. All beds have box-spring mattresses of 90 x 200 cm mattresses for a good night's sleep. A travel cot and a high chair are available for the little ones.

There are also three spacious terraces upstairs, adjacent to each bedroom, 2 of which have outdoor furniture.The terrace around the villa has a heated swimming pool (27 ° C, June to September) with safety roller shutter, a lounge and outdoor dining area, barbecue and patio furniture. The villa is ideal for a stay with 6 adults, a (newly composed) family with several children or two families with a maximum of 5 children in total.
Since the villa has a single-storey bed and bathroom, it has limited access for wheelchair users. Sports and leisure can be enjoyed in the vicinity.

Hiking, cycling, water sports, golf as well as sea excursions from Peniche or Nazaré or visiting the numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites can be put on the program, something for everyone! We are happy to provide you with more information about this.
