The house is newly furnished and has 3 bedrooms with box spring beds and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. There is a washing machine in the annex. The living room is equipped with a pallet stove for the sometimes cooler evenings in winter. Good internet and ample private parking next to the house. You can sit on the terraces, there are both sun and shade areas around the house. You can also enjoy nature, beautiful garden, large lawn and fruit trees. To be clear the plot consists of :
First of all, there is our house with a garden. Then garden with lawn and fruit trees adjacent to the Alojamento LeoMar with a spacious parking space behind it. Then there is a separate garden with fruit trees and all kinds of vegetables/tomatoes/cucumbers etc. We always let our guests enjoy the harvest.
The bungalow is centrally located. There are many possibilities to make walking routes.
A short distance away you can do your daily shopping in Benedita (5 min). Here is a Lidl with a charging station and Intermache with a gas station. Supermarket Neomaquina and Conrinente . Bakery with terrace to have a coffee with a pastry from a whole range.

A little further is Caldas da Rainha (15 min), Alcobaca with its beautiful monastery (20 min) and Leiria (35 min).
There are several beautiful beaches in the area; São Martinho do Porto 25 min-Nazaré 35 min -Peniche 50 min- Foz do Arelho 30 min
In less than an hour you can reach the pilgrimage site of Fatima, the medieval village of Óbidos is 30 minutes away. distance, the salt mines of Rio Maior 20 min, Monastery of Batalha 20 min, Buddha Eden Park in Bombarral at 35 min.
