Villa Pinheiros is a detached house with 3 bedrooms, garden with private pool located in Pataias, a quiet authentic village just 10 minutes from the famous beach of Nazaré. Here you will find everything for a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Portugal. The property is just over 1 hour's drive from Lisbon and a 2-hour drive from Porto.

Ground floor: living room with fully equipped open kitchen. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden with swimming pool.
Ground floor: bedroom with a double bed from which you can walk directly into the garden, bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

1st floor: bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and 2 bedrooms.

The house is not rented to groups of young people up to the age of 23.

In Pataias you will find restaurants, cafes, bakery, supermarket, ATM, pharmacy.

There is a lot of nature around Pataias, including Pataias Lagoon.
Activities: walking, running, cycling.

Near the house are several beautiful beaches of Nazaré, Vale Furado, Paredes da Vitória and Pedra do Ouro.
Inland: Obidos, Tomar, Alcobaça, Fatima, Coimbra. Inland vineyards: Vinhos Cortém (Vidais), Quinta do Sanguinhal (Bombarral) for a tour and wine tasting. Tip: E-bike tour Nazaré and surroundings, buggy tour and other activities can be booked via getyourguide.nl/com

We (Mark and Machteld) discovered the Silver Coast (Costa de Prata) a few years ago. We are very charmed by the green surroundings, authentic villages in combination with a fantastic coastline. In addition, the Portuguese are very hospitable. The authentic fishing village of Nazaré has not yet been discovered by mass tourism and offers a variety of local restaurants where you can enjoy the Portuguese cuisine and wines, nature, sea and beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

When booking, the tenant must pay 20% of the total amount (this includes mandatory final cleaning and deposit). The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
