The Barn is equipped with every possible comfort; 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
Beautiful spacious open kitchen, equipped with every comfort with a view of the private pool that can be heated.

On the open mezzanine is a desk with an extra sitting area.
In the fully walled garden you have a covered BBQ patio with dining table as well as an extra outdoor table.
Sunbeds, chairs, parasol and don't forget the hammock on the olive tree to complete the holiday feeling.
We have provided a beach towel and bath towel for everyone and a large beach bag so you don't have to bring these.
Washing machine, drying parasol and iron available as well as a storage space for e.g. kite equipment or surfing equipment.

A ping pong table has also just been purchased and there are beach ball palettes.
When renting 2 weeks, an intermediate cleaning with replacement of all linen.
For the colder period there is a wood stove as well as underfloor heating upstairs and downstairs.
For the warmer days, air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms.

The long driveway gives you the opportunity to park at least 2 cars.
The Barn is located in the middle of the village near restaurants, shops, butcher, bakery etc a stone's throw away.
Sailing school, surf school, Yoga on the beach, boat trip on the lagoon, golf, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, ceramics workshop you name it, all nearby.
A nice cocktail on the beach at sunset?
It's all possible, you will never get bored here.
Foz do Arelho is located between Peniche and Nazaré, near the medieval Obidos and Caldas da Rainha.
All possible supermarkets within a 10-minute drive.
Every morning there is the fruit and fish market in Caldas da Rainha.
If you want a Fruits de Mer, I can recommend the Take out of Aki Del Mar, which is located between Foz do Arelho and Caldas and can be recognized by the lighthouse with blue and white.
Or the numerous restaurants on the beach.
You can find everything here to experience a relaxing holiday.
