From Lisbon Airport it is just over an hour's drive. Well-organized bus services (€8 per person with WiFi) from Lisbon Airport to Nazaré or Caldas da Rainha . (see omio.com, Flixbus.com or busbud.com). Travel time 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will pick you up in Nazaré or Caldas.
I can also pick you up personally at Lisbon airport (for a reasonable fee).
