Leen, Sven, Leon and Anna found this beautiful spot on the Silver Coast in Portugal. The apartment is in a community of 24 apartments. Salir do Porto is a cozy village with a shop and a few restaurants. It is quietly located at 10min walk from the beach.
On the other side of the bay you will find Saô Marthino do Porto. There are plenty of shops and restaurants there.
You can do beautiful walks here. This area is known for its countless beautiful viewpoints!
Enjoy the peace and quiet by the pool or visit the people on the beach! The pure and healthy cuisine with the delicious Bacalhau (typical local dish) should not be missed!!

Thank you for joining us. Sant Ana Bay is located in Salir do Porto. A small-scale village on the Portuguese Silver Coast. A 1-hour drive from Lisbon, you will arrive in Salir do Porto. A 10-minute walk will take you to the beach. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, shop, 3 restaurants. Once at the beach, you can enjoy the tranquility that Salir has to offer. Then you can walk from the footbridge to Sao Marthino do Porto. In this bay you will find numerous shops and restaurants.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
