Casa Macã

Modern villa with private (heated) pool for rent in Vimeiro (Alcobaça). Casa Maçã is located on a domain of approximately 1 ha and is surrounded by fruit trees.

The house is fully furnished on the ground floor. There are only a few steps to the pool.

The living room has a spacious sofa and hanging chair from where it is wonderful to enjoy the view. There is television with TV Vlaanderen and DVD player. The fireplace is also available.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ... everything is provided.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

• 1 bedroom with double bed with adjoining dressing room and bathroom.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
• 1 double bedroom.

There are 2 extra beds that can be placed in any room.
There is also 1 baby bed available.
All rooms have direct access to the terrace.

• The main bathroom has a large bath with shower facilities, 2 sinks, a toilet and a bidet.
• The other bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom with dressing room and has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Both bathrooms also come with a hairdryer.
There is a separate toilet in the hall.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Ironing board and iron are also available.

There is 1 baby bed for the little ones. A high chair is also available. Plastic plates and cups are available in the kitchen. There are some toys that the children are welcome to use.

There are 2 terraces around the house. You can enjoy the morning sun on the small (covered) terrace. Here is a table with 4 chairs. On the large covered terrace is a large table with 6 chairs. There are also some lounge chairs available, which can be moved to the spot that seems comfortable to you. We have 6 sun loungers by the heated swimming pool (8 x 4m). There is a permanent barbecue area a few meters from the house.

In the village itself there are the necessary shops such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and cafe.
Less than 10 minutes drive away is Alcobaça with its historic center and some large shops such as Lidl, Intermarché, Decathlon, etc.
The beautiful beaches of São Martinho do Porto and Nazaré can be reached in 15 minutes.
The center of Lisbon is 1 hour away, to Porto it is 2.5 hours.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people (including children).
