Villa Valente is located in a quiet private golf condominium and offers relaxation for families or friends, nature lovers and golf players. With the mountains of Arrabida as a backdrop and the Quinta do Perú Golf golf resort 10 minutes away. Outside there is the lovely swimming pool and the greenery of nature, which invite you to socialize and rest.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a separate dining area. The luxurious and spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is a laundry room with washing machine and a separate WC. Bedroom 1 is a spacious suite with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a suite with double bed (150x200) and. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed (150x200) and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs: On the lower floor are an additional living room and a games room. Here are a billiard table, table football, treadmill and a dartboard. Here you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed. And another bathroom with shower. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Outside: Outside is a beautiful private swimming pool of 10x5 meters that can be heated by means of a heat pump. There are a number of sun loungers around the pool. There is an outdoor kitchen with a dining area. There is also an extra bathroom with shower outside.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Security deposit: € 800
- Reservation fee € 35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Air conditioning: € 250 per week
- Central heating: € 250 (mandatory from mid-October to mid-April)
- Pool heating: €300 per week (not available from Nov 1 to Mar 31)

Guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
